Carol Dixon , Is from the UK., where she worked for 21 years in the Civil Service before retraining to become a teacher of English as a Foreign Language. She came to Poland 12 years ago to start her new career and has experience of teaching all levels of students, from beginners to proficiency. She has been an official Examiner for the Cambridge speaking exams for 10 years. She joined English Unlimited in 2008, and has been teaching mostly exam groups of adults. She is a very popular teacher and teacher trainer, providing training language and methodology sessions at English Unlimited Teacher Training Centre.
In this workshop I am going to present a few activities I have come across over the years which I feel deserve a wider audience. The activities include something to get students enthusiastically writing in class - ideal for students who never do any written homework! - and are all related to one or more exam tasks.
